PokeFM Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 May 2026 · PokeFM & PokeFM Publisher
This Privacy Policy describes how Sergey Goncharov ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with two services: the PokeFM internet radio at pokefm.com and the PokeFM Publisher content publishing platform (the "Service"), which allows video creators to schedule and publish their original videos to their own social media accounts via official platform APIs.
1. Who we are
PokeFM is an independent internet radio project. PokeFM Publisher is a content publishing platform for video creators, currently operating in closed beta and available by invitation. Contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Radio listeners (pokefm.com): standard server access logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URLs) used solely for technical operation, abuse prevention and aggregate statistics. The radio site does not set marketing or tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics.
- PokeFM Publisher users: when a creator connects their social media account via OAuth, we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by the respective platform (TikTok, Meta, Google) along with the corresponding account identifier (username and platform user ID). We also temporarily process video files and associated metadata (title, description, captions) that the user uploads in order to publish them on the user's own accounts.
- Contact information: if a user contacts us by email, we retain the message and email address for support purposes only.
3. How we use this information
We use the collected information exclusively to operate the Service:
- Authenticating users against third-party platforms via OAuth.
- Publishing the user's videos to the user's own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Threads and YouTube.
- Generating optional captions and metadata suggestions using AI providers (described below) at the user's request.
- Maintaining service security and preventing abuse.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising. We do not share personal information with third parties except as strictly required to deliver the Service (see Section 4) or by law.
4. Third-party services
PokeFM Publisher transmits user content and metadata to the following providers only as required to deliver the requested action:
- TikTok Content Posting API — to publish videos to the user's own TikTok account.
- Meta Graph API — to publish to the user's own Instagram and Threads accounts.
- YouTube Data API — to publish to the user's own YouTube channels.
- Anthropic Claude API — to analyse video frames and transcripts (optional, at user request) and generate caption suggestions.
- Groq (Whisper) — to transcribe audio from the user's videos (optional, at user request).
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not aggregate, redistribute or display content of any third party who is not the user themselves.
5. Data retention
- OAuth tokens are retained while the user's account remains active and are deleted on user request or upon account disconnection.
- Uploaded video files are stored only for the time required to complete the publishing operation and are automatically deleted afterwards (within 30 days at the latest).
- Server logs are rotated automatically and retained no longer than 90 days.
6. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
- Revoke OAuth access from your platform account (TikTok, Meta, Google) settings; this immediately ends our ability to publish on your behalf.
- Contact us at [email protected] for any privacy-related request.
7. Security
OAuth tokens and other credentials are stored on access-restricted infrastructure. We follow reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International users
The Service is operated from infrastructure located in the European Union. By using the Service you consent to the processing of your information in this jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email where applicable.
